WEB HOSTING &/OR DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

By completing the sign-up form below, you are agreeing to purchase a subscription for a Web Hosting Account &/or Domain Name Registration, which will automatically be charged to your payment card every month or year until canceled. To cancel your subscription, please email us at chris@jacobsonbrands.com.

- Enter the Card Holder’s Name exactly as it appears on the payment card.
- Enter your email address so you will receive a receipt for each transaction.
- Enter a phone number where we can reach you if there’s a problem with your subscription order.
- If purchasing a Domain Name Registration, enter the domain name so this information will be associated with your purchase and will appear on your receipt.
- If purchasing a Web Hosting Plan, enter your choice for a unique ID so we can create a hosting account. We will contact you if the ID you select is already taken so you can select a different ID.
- Choose your plan from the Subscription Plan pop-up. The amount will immediately update beneath the BUY SUBSCRIPTION NOW button.
- Enter and double check your billing address and payment card information.
- If you have a Coupon Code, enter it and click the APPLY button. A confirmation will display near the top of the form and the amount will be updated beneath the BUY SUBSCRIPTION NOW button.
- When you’re sure everything is correct, click the BUY SUBSCRIPTION NOW button.
- If the subscription is successfully processed, you will be redirected to a Thank You page and a receipt will be emailed to you. If there is an error, it will be displayed near the top of the form or by the item where the error occurred. You will need to correct the error and then click the BUY SUBSCRIPTION NOW button.
